I was watching TV after a day’s of work at the warehouse and it was on discovery channel, American Chopper it was called.

The show is about custom made bikes, and they were making a Godaddy bike, and the show has got some footage of the CEO of Godaddy (a very famous domain registrar), Bob Parsons. And throughout the footages of him, he seems to be a very down to earth person, so I thought, I will google him and find out more about him.

I read quite a bit on him and found some nice wisdom from him. Hence in this post, I will direct you to his 16 rules which I feel makes a lot of sense, for people who wants to achieve something in life.

All I would tell people is to hold on to what was individual about themselves,

Everyday both you and I are given 24 hrs.
We spend 8hrs doing nothing (sleeping).
Then we have to do something which we do not like for 8hrs (working).
Less 2 hrs for travelling and waiting for lghts to turn green.
Basically left with 6hrs a day, 1/4 of your time is left to divide amongst your spouse, kids, parents, pets, TV and yourself.
