Have you heard of people using yogurt for treating acne? Apparently yoghurt is an effective remedy for treating acne naturally. It possesses antibiotic elements that will strengthens your immune system and kills bacteria on your face.

I was told that using yogurt to treat thrush is also a homemade remedy. Has anyone tried yoghurt for acne or on babies with thrush in their mouth?
