Our Last Antenatal Class In Singapore

Tonight will be our last antenatal class!!! How time flies! By the end of tonight, we will have had 11 two hour weekly classes – preparing us on the pregnancy, labour and care of the baby…. tonight its about coping with the 2nd stages of labour, labour rehearsal and postnatal exercises!!! Fun!!!
Not sure if I’ll remember most of the things they taught cos there’ll be a gap of a few months before baby Chloe is due – esp the breathing techniques!!!
