Lights, Camera, Action!!! Our Acting Debut

A few days ago, DnA were asked by Ian whether we could help in a small film production! Not as the film crew, but actually feature in the film!!! Yeah, I knew it – the looks, the talent – good choices!!! :p
It’s the 8 minutes youth film competition, which, if the film wins – they could receive S$4k…. The money is to help this film production group get some funding.
I had no lines but had to act in some emotional scenes… pretty hard cos generally I’m a happy person – so it was hard to act in despair, to make my lips trembele and feel sad, cold and lonely!!! It’s also very scary cos the lights and camera are right in my face… Oh no… all my imperfections on my face are now visible and caught on camera!!!
Huppy had one line and he loved it!!!! Rehearsing that one line until it was his shot!!! Even now, after the event, now and again he still says the same lines!!!
When the film is aired – I’ll show you guys…. Dont really know what to expect…. Future career in acting? Ummmm…. as for me, I’ll give it a miss… As for Huppy – he really thinks he could make it big in the entertainment world… Good luck babes!!!
