21 The Movie

Last week I went to see 21 in the cinema with my family… I had known about this fact-based story where six MIT students who were trained to become experts in card counting, subsequently took Las Vegas casinos for millions in winnings – because Huppy and I had happened to watch the documentary…. So when I knew the film was out, It was just a must-see!!
I must say, although not one of the best films I have ever seen (because it IS based on a true story), but I was so fascinated by Las Vegas on-screen!!! If you happen to watch this film – the way that Ben Campbell (real name Jim Sturgess) feels when he first enters Las Vegas and sees all the lights, “life”…. will most likely be what I will be feeling!!! Cos I too will be going to Las Vegas!!! I am just so excited….
Huppy and I have always wanted to goto Las Vegas and soon it will happen…. Actually this May.. and like they say – “You can be anyone you want!!!”
Whilst watching this film, I was absorbed into the character’s lifestyle – easily done really!! I mean, it’s so easy to be addicted to the lifestyle, greedy and be totally dependent on money and think of it as the easy way out….
Also, I must say I found Ben Campbell and Choi (real name Aaron Yoo) – just so pwoar!!! Choi more though!!! A must see!!
