Day b4 Our Big Day

Today we just finalised everything… packed our bags, ironed our clothes… Allan’s mum decorated our bedroom with wedding stuff and red bedding…. NO-ONE was allowed to touch it apart from little Lucy and Rhys (Wendy and Ritchie’s children)…. Wendy, Ritchie, Lucy and Rhys arrived at our home about 11am to “jump on our bed”. This procedure is a traditional one… the jumping kids are meant to represent arrival of our children in the future… Don’t worry – not really in the near future!!! About 2 years later?!?!? Unless an accident happens – oops!! hehehe
Are we nervous? I dont think so… Anyways, we were far too tired! Planned to have a power nap… But yip, you guessed it… no time ofcourse!
Arrival of our first guest at 6:30pm – Auntie Bridgitta.. Then SnK, my Godma Auntie Cathy and her husband Uncle Titus, Ansy and Auntie Assumpta…. Off we goto Riverside Cantonese Restaurant for dinner…
Back home to do more traditional stuff…. Allan and I could no longer see each other now…. Both in our red PJs, red underwear, red slippers… Both our mums had to comb our hair and say good luck stuff… then it was eating glutinous rice dumplings.. then off to sleep…
Bedtime: 11:15pm…. I would say its rather early – considering my sister Sis last year didnt get to goto bed until 4am!!! Nite nite…
